It'll check every section in your registry, one at a time or all at once, including: program IDs, Add/Remove programs, Application paths, Windows fonts, Shared Programs files, Help files, Startup programs, system services, VXD, file associations, sounds, registry integrity, and invalid shortcuts. It detects both missing and invalid files, programs, and associations.
